Rogue Yolk Dressing

I use this when I am enjoying eggs as my protein. I use a couple handfuls of kale, spinach or romain and 3 boiled egg whites for my salad. I then pour this dressing over it.

Ingredient List:

1 Egg Yolk

1 tbsp AC or White vinegar

1 tbsp mustard, I use stone ground but yellow is POP

1/4 tbsp crushed garlic

couple dashes of Tabasco Original

pepper to taste


Mix it all up in a lil blender, like a bullet OR just mash it all together with a fork. Pour it over your Egg whites from which the one yolk came from, with a salad or chopped veggies. Enjoy!



HCG Rogue Tzatziki

This is a dressing recipe I love and find very easy to whip up. There is 1/4 cup 0% Greek yogurt in the recipe so it is considered rogue but only using a few teaspoons a day has not had an effect on my weigh loss in the past (or currently). The flavor goes great with chicken, cucumbers, on a salad or over veggies like brussels or celery. Enjoy!

Ingredient List:
1/4c Greek Yogurt
1/2c Chopped Cucumber (English)
1/3c Vinegar, Apple cider
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Crushed Garlic
1 tbsp Chopped Dill
few pinches of lemon zest
pepper and salt



Easiest “Pesto” on Earth! Oh and it’s HCG Friendly… and Amazing!

10 Basil Leaves
2 sprigs Parsley (leaves only)
1/4 CUP canned tomato juice
***TO BE CLEAR-It is not tomato juice like V8. It is the juice from low sodium diced canned tomato. I just open the can and squeeze out the liquid inside. I have a juicer and have used fresh tomato juice but this is A LOT of work, so I stick with the canned juice.
1 TBSP crushed Garlic
1 Mushroom cap, chopped

Use a blender to blend all ingredients in short pulses until the desired consistency is achieved. Enjoy!
