These are some of my simple faves for Phase 2 of the HCG Diet. Some of them are Rogue and I will start the recipe with that fact, otherwise the recipe is on protocol. Enjoy!

Strawberry Popsicle


handful of strawberries



optional dollop of 0% Greek Yogurt makes this Rogue

Place the ingredients in a blender, pulse until blended well. Adding only as much water is needed to keep fruit moving but not too much. I would say 1/4 cup in enough. Then place in a mold and freeze. I use silicone cupcake molds and it comes out lovely.
